Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Discover INTRO collects when you use discoverintrocleveland.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how to get it removed. Discover INTRO is the marketing and tour-booking site for INTRO Cleveland, 2075 W 25th St, Cleveland, OH 44113.

What we collect

Information you give us. Our forms ask only for what is needed to schedule a tour or answer a question:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The date and time you select for a tour
  • Optional details you choose to share: the floor plan you are interested in, where you are relocating from, and anything you write in a message box

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, bank or payment card details, or income documentation through this site. Rental applications are handled separately at introcleveland.com/apply, under INTRO’s own application process.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and security provider record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding which pages are useful.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm, remind you about and follow up on your tour
  • To answer questions you send us
  • To send you material you asked for, such as the Insider’s Guide to Ohio City
  • To tell you about availability, pricing and events at INTRO, until you tell us to stop
  • To operate, secure and improve the site

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your tour and about leasing at INTRO. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of touring, applying for, or renting an apartment. Your mobile number and your consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Email

Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not messages about a tour you have actually booked.

Cookies, embeds and advertising

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your progress through the booking form, and measure how our advertising performs. Video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set advertising cookies unless you press play; once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

We advertise on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We may use their measurement tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to understand which ads lead to tour bookings and to show ads to people with similar interests. You can control this through your browser’s cookie settings, your device’s ad settings, and the ad preferences inside each platform.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.

We share it only with:

  • INTRO’s leasing team, so they can meet you for your tour and answer your questions.
  • Service providers who run the site on our behalf , principally HighLevel (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), which stores our contact records and sends our email and text messages, plus our web host and security provider. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the safety, rights or property of residents, staff or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep tour and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email leasing@introcleveland.com or call (216) 294-1300 and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is meant for adults looking for an apartment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections and our contact records sit behind access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
